I have been a member of Rox Heating and Air's Priority Comfort Club for my HVAC maintenance and have always received excellent service. However, my recent full-system replacement truly showed what they are made of. Originally, there were some compatibility issues because the furnace and coil came from different manufacturers, which led to concerns regarding the installation quality. I halted the process before it was completed and raised my concerns with Riley, my salesman, who was incredibly responsive. Instead of making excuses, he immediately brought in the service manager, Shane, to inspect the job. Together, they walked through my concerns and provided clear, solid options to correct the equipment selection and fix the installation.Riley worked diligently to find the new equipment and answer all of my questions. They then rescheduled the new installation around my soonest availability. The crew—Bert, Roger, Garrison, and Ty—came out to swap the units for upgraded equipment, completely solving any compatibility issues. This second installation went incredibly smoothly, and the quality of their workmanship was excellent. Riley followed up throughout the process to ensure it was done correctly and that I was happy with both the performance and quality. In my opinion, how a company responds when issues arise or mistakes are made is just as important—if not more important—than everything going perfectly the first time. Riley and the team at Rox Heating and Air absolutely excelled in this area. Every single person who worked on my installation was kind, professional, and worked seamlessly as a team to ensure I was completely satisfied. Was very pleased with the overall experience. Individuals who showed up my house, were respectful and made sure that they cleaned up after themselves. Garrison of Rox Heating and Air performed excellent service. Garrison was punctual, diagnosed our issue and provided several options.  Our AC was up and running within a couple of hours. Our initial experience with Rox was a repair service call with Garrison and he did such a fantastic job that we decided to use Rox to replace our 21 year old AC unit and furnace. The sales person, Riley, and installation team members, especially Adam and Bert, were all very professional, friendly, and efficient. WOW! 10 stars!! Bert and Porter and Ty and Roger were phenomenal! They showed up at 8:30am and worked their butts off until 6:45pm!! They were professional, precise, cautious, kind, and educational. AC went out in the middle of a stretch of very hot days. ROX was able to dispatch a technician for a same day appointment. Cost effective repair to get the unit running again, truly appreciate the same day service. I am extremely happy to have found and used Rox. Service and installation were both outstanding. First they serviced our minisplint system. The tech who came out was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable. I asked him for help with a chronic problem: how to cool off a west-facing bedroom. We settled on installing a booster fan in our AC duct system at the origin of the duct to that bedroom. It worked so well that now that room is the coolest in the house! Dexter's ability is tremendously knowledgeable and expeditious.   Rox was also very accommodating in their scheduling.
