We signed up for the Silver Priority Membership for the first time this year. Both AC and Furnace services were performed by Andrew, and were excellent. He clearly and patiently explains what he's done and what he would suggest doing. We always feel informed afterwards. He leaves no trail (very clean) and is a pleasure to work with.

Andrew Y and ROX get my highest rating. Andrew was doing annual HVAC maintenance on our system for the first time. He was punctual and courteous. He did many things that showed a great level of detail on his work. Other companies didn't do this stuff. Too bad I didn't use ROX first. Great job Andrew & ROX. Thanks

Rox installed my heating and air conditioning system and I was very pleased with the company. Andrew comes out twice a year for maintenance and inspection of the system. He is thorough and answers all questions. I highly recommend this company for installation and maintenance for heating and air conditioning.

Thanks to Roger, Bert and Ty for installing our new heat pump and furnace. Also to Rose for expediting the service call and Will for coming out that evening to evaluate our system and provide a quick estimate. We were in a rush to get a new HVAC system installed to take advantage of the Xcel rebate that expired the following week. They really came through and got everything done in two days! Everyone was very patient with all our questions and we are very pleased with the excellent work that was done.

Garrison of Rox Heating and Air performed excellent service. Garrison was punctual, diagnosed our issue and provided several options. Our AC was up and running within a couple of hours. We especially appreciated his ability to explain what the root cause of our problem. Given his great work, we will continue to use Rox Heating and Air in the future.

Garrison recently performed the annual fall inspection of my heating system as part their yearly HVAC maintenance program. As always, he was very thorough and took the time to explain his findings and to answer my questions. Garrison is very knowledgeable and you can tell he takes pride in the service he provides. I have no doubts about the upcoming heating season and very much appreciate the care shown by all members of the ROX team ...... thanks!

Over the years Rox has installed our new AC, maintained that and our furnace, and fixed a blocked ac drain. Andrew Y. Was the most recent service tech out and was communicative about his arrival time, transparent about what the issue was and gave his honest opinion on the most reasonable way to fix the issue. I would recommend them and will use them for the foreseeable future.

Today Andrew came for our twice a year inspection. He made some needed changes to settings. Leaned the heat pump filters and showed me how to do it. He change furnace filter and patiently provided some valuable information for us to use THANKS ANDREW! ROX has always sent some really good technicians here. That said, Andrew is exceptional.
