Great service fixed my furnace in one look. Had another hvac company come out and tell me that I needed a new gas valve $200 bucks I did that but it didn't fix problem. I called Jason in the middle of a 98 degree day to set an appointment and he fit me into his schedule within an hour or so; he immediately had an idea of the problem only to figure out it was that and more. He thought he could have it done the next day...unfortunately the wrong part arrived but Jason was extremely apologetic and assured me it would be a priority the next day and it was. I wasn't expecting such a prompt initial appointment, let alone having it fixed within two days! Jason is also very respectful and down to earth and super personable. So glad I followed the recommendations given in Word of Mouth-Highlands Ranch when I was in a pinch. Love supporting local, small business!

Spoke with Jason on the phone, and got a quote for installing a humidifier. They came out and installed it perfectly, for a very reasonable cost. They did a great job for me and I referred them to my Mother in Law for a cleaning. They tried to charge her LESS than they quoted, and they took care of another issue while they were there. Rox Heating and Air did our AC/Furnace, and has been quick to respond if we need anything at all. When our contractor for our fireplace dropped the ball in scheduling our gas to be hooked up during the installation, and everyone else was booked 2 weeks out, and right before the birth of our baby son, Jason cleared out room on his busy schedule to accommodate us, absolutely coming in on the clutch for us to get the gas line set up just in time before baby was born. Jason, the owner, is one of the most honest contractors I've ever worked with. He is very upfront over the condition of your utility equipment and proposes the best and cheapest solution to get you back up and running. Jason is a great face to the company, and will personally ensure jobs are done to the satisfaction of the client. Jason was personally recommended by a colleague and we couldn't be more thrilled with Rox's work. He never tried to up-sell us, instead talking us down to a less expensive unit than what we thought we needed. Personable, accessible, quick to get us on the schedule, and bar-none customer service. Our house was shoddily built in the 70's and his team not only had to completely move a water heater, but had to creatively figure out ways to run ducts through our nonsensical ceilings. They managed it without complaint, and when the water heater wasn't adjusted quite right after the install, his guys were back immediately the next day to perfect it. Everyone I worked with was very professional. They even got me a better A/C for a great price than any other place I got estimates from. I was thrilled with the experience I had with ROX heating & air today. I awoke to a cool house that was growing cooler quickly. I called 4-5 heating companies but could not get an “emergent” appt until Sun. PM or Mon. AM. I found the add for ROX heating & air & spoke with Jason. He explained he was booked but if he could finish his appts. he would come by. Thankfully he was able to fit me into his schedule around 2pm.. about 2 hrs after my initial conversation with him. He managed to squeeze a service call into his schedule. He arrived promptly & worked quickly & efficiently. Jason his company and technicians are amazing. We recently sold our house and need to have our furnace clean and certified per our contract. At first I used a company I found near me and they came out and told me I needed to put 1300.00 worth of work in my 7 year old furnace in order to have it certified...... now I am not an idiot and quickly said I’ll get another opinion, that’s when I called ROX. I had three days to get this done and they sent out a guy ASAP to check it over I needed one thing done which the tech did right in the spot and certified it and it was 178.00! Without a doubt, the best HVAC service I have EVER had. Chris was wonderful to deal with. Diagnosed the problem quickly (the 32 year old furnace in my sister-in-laws home was shot!) Chris was back the next day with Shawn (Sean) and had the new one in and running in under 3 hours. They were thorough, efficient, and very professional.
