I've been a customer of Rox air for a few years. Both for air and heating but also water heater. I am on there maintenance plan and they come out twice a year and do a thorough job checking out the systems. They spend a lot of time to make sure everything is working right for the next season. I would recommend them to anyone.

Dexter was prompt and very cordial. I felt very comfortable with him. He is a fast worker with extensive knowledge of my hearing system. In my opinion, Dexter is an excellent representative for Rox Heating & Air.

Rox Heating replaced my almost 30 year old HVAC with a new heat pump recently. The experience was extremely positive from the very beginning till the job got completed. Scheduling process was hustle free, techs arrived right on time and gave us a heads up call 30 minutes prior to their arrival. They kept us informed on the installation progress, which was great since we were had activities planned that day and had to adjust our schedule. ROX techs gave us a detailed walkthrough on how to use the new heat pump. We really appreciated follow up calls from ROX’s office to make sure that everything was done to our satisfaction. I would definitely recommend ROX Heating and Air to anyone who needs help with any type of HVAC work.

We signed up for the Silver Priority Membership for the first time this year. Both AC and Furnace services were performed by Andrew, and were excellent. He clearly and patiently explains what he's done and what he would suggest doing. We always feel informed afterwards. He leaves no trail (very clean) and is a pleasure to work with.

Andrew Y and ROX get my highest rating. Andrew was doing annual HVAC maintenance on our system for the first time. He was punctual and courteous. He did many things that showed a great level of detail on his work. Other companies didn't do this stuff. Too bad I didn't use ROX first. Great job Andrew & ROX. Thanks

Rox installed my heating and air conditioning system and I was very pleased with the company. Andrew comes out twice a year for maintenance and inspection of the system. He is thorough and answers all questions. I highly recommend this company for installation and maintenance for heating and air conditioning.

Thanks to Roger, Bert and Ty for installing our new heat pump and furnace. Also to Rose for expediting the service call and Will for coming out that evening to evaluate our system and provide a quick estimate. We were in a rush to get a new HVAC system installed to take advantage of the Xcel rebate that expired the following week. They really came through and got everything done in two days! Everyone was very patient with all our questions and we are very pleased with the excellent work that was done.

Garrison of Rox Heating and Air performed excellent service. Garrison was punctual, diagnosed our issue and provided several options. Our AC was up and running within a couple of hours. We especially appreciated his ability to explain what the root cause of our problem. Given his great work, we will continue to use Rox Heating and Air in the future.
