Duties:
- Install HVAC systems, including ductwork, piping, and wiring.
- Perform equipment repairs and replacements.
- Conduct routine maintenance on HVAC systems.
- Collaborate with team members for efficient project completion.
- Provide excellent customer service during installations and service calls.
Requirements:
- Experience in HVAC installation or related field service.
- Knowledge of HVAC systems, equipment repair, and design.
- Ability to weld and work with various tools.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
Position: Lead Residential HVAC Installer
Your primary responsibility will be installing top-quality HVAC systems in residential environments, including furnaces, air conditioners, water heaters, mini-splits, humidifiers, and IAQ systems.
Responsibilities:
- Install and replace HVAC systems.
- Conduct regular HVAC system tune-ups and preventative maintenance.
- Ensure high-quality work to meet company and customer expectations.
- Provide exceptional customer service.
- Troubleshoot HVAC equipment and replace defective parts.
- Follow safety practices and regulations.
- Attend weekly staff meetings and training.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an HVAC installer or similar role.
- Excellent understanding of HVAC systems, installation, and maintenance.
- Strong problem-solving and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Current driver’s license.
