Andrew Y and ROX get my highest rating. Andrew was doing annual HVAC maintenance on our system for the first time. He was punctual and courteous. Rox installed my heating and air conditioning system and I was very pleased with the company.  Andrew comes out twice a year for maintenance and inspection of the system. Thanks to Roger, Bert and Ty for installing our new heat pump and furnace. Also to Rose for expediting the service call and Will for coming out that evening to evaluate our system and provide a quick estimate. We were in a rush to get a new HVAC system installed to take advantage of the Xcel rebate that expired the following week. They really came through and got everything done in two days! Garrison of Rox Heating and Air performed excellent service. Garrison was punctual, diagnosed our issue and provided several options.  Our AC was up and running within a couple of hours. Garrison recently performed the annual fall inspection of my heating system as part their yearly HVAC maintenance program.  As always, he was very thorough and took the time to explain his findings and to answer my questions.  Garrison is very knowledgeable and you can tell he takes pride in the service he provides.
