However, my recent full-system replacement truly showed what they are made of. Originally, there were some compatibility issues because the furnace and coil came from different manufacturers, which led to concerns regarding the installation quality. I halted the process before it was completed and raised my concerns with Riley, my salesman, who was incredibly responsive. Instead of making excuses, he immediately brought in the service manager, Shane, to inspect the job. Together, they walked through my concerns and provided clear, solid options to correct the equipment selection and fix the installation.Riley worked diligently to find the new equipment and answer all of my questions. They then rescheduled the new installation around my soonest availability. The crew—Bert, Roger, Garrison, and Ty—came out to swap the units for upgraded equipment, completely solving any compatibility issues. This second installation went incredibly smoothly, and the quality of their workmanship was excellent. Riley followed up throughout the process to ensure it was done correctly and that I was happy with both the performance and quality. In my opinion, how a company responds when issues arise or mistakes are made is just as important—if not more important—than everything going perfectly the first time. The tech who came out was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable. I asked him for help with a chronic problem: how to cool off a west-facing bedroom. We settled on installing a booster fan in our AC duct system at the origin of the duct to that bedroom. It worked so well that now that room is the coolest in the house! CC Aring5. August, 2026Imagine realizing your furnace and A/C has gone out when it was 97 degrees in Late July. I knew I had an exhaustive number of choices to get this job done. So I put out a Request for Bids to a handful of top rated companies and "Riley" from ROX Heating and Air came right away to do a walk through before sending a proposal. ROX came out on top from every angle. To no surprise, they also got busy and fixed me up with a new heat pump and furnace in no time. It took the whole day to get it done, but the installers, Adam and Bert, were tireless. And my new best friend, Riley, came to check out the installation right away and he was very pleased to see how professionally these guys handled some challenging duct work and pipes without any awkward or ugly weirdness in the basement beams. I can't begin to say how they made it easy and took care of all the paperwork (including getting me all kinds of rebates and discounts). They were able to schedule me within 2 days, which is great in the middle of the summer and 95 degree temps. While performing these the tech found a potential issue with our water heater and went above and beyond to investigate the problem. After the service, the AC system would not work. ROX sent a tech out the next day to investigate and it was determined the original unit had malfunctioned. ROX replaced the AC unit the same week. Great service and great techs.Posted on Google

ROX repair technician Raphael thoroughly explained to me all of the available options for system repairs and/or replacement after identifying the extensive damage to my old system. He was extremely respectful, compassionate, and knowledgeable. I opted for a new heat pump system, which ROX was able to install the very next day. I was able to take advantage of their generous financing option, allowing for payments over 18 months at 0% interest.They mobilized a 4-person crew to ensure a speedy and comprehensive installation of the new system. The install crew was clean, quiet, and efficient. ROX turned an inconvenient and costly undertaking into a pleasant experience, which is no small feat. The Tech, Garrison, was courteous, knowledgeable and efficient in determining what needed to be done. Never did I feel like I was being up sold on products but he truly listened to what I was needing/wanting. He was able to get me a couple quotes and there was no pressure to choose immediately so I had time to make the right decision for my family and budget. Almost as soon as we accepted a quote we received a call to schedule the work! They were flexible with our schedule which was a plus. On the day of the installation a new pair of techs, Shane & James, came right on time, we're incredibly personable and explained everything to me. They were efficient in the install and were in and out in about an hour and 45 minutes. Due to the location and poor planning by previous owners of my home he had to get creative on the removal of the old furnace and install of the new, he was very cautious of damage to the home and made minimal modifications to make it easy to get it out/in. Other than having a warm house again you couldn't tell they ever were there as they cleaned up throughly! It's the little things that made this a 5 star experience! ROX Heating & Air is and will always be our go to for future projects! You can’t beat this pricing and excellent customer service anywhere, don’t even try!
