Jason started working for his father's HVAC company when he was 14 years old. He has worked on all types and sizes of HVAC equipment throughout Colorado. He has grown ROX Heating & Air through hard work and great team members.

Owner

Lindsey is Jason's direct supervisor, if you have a complaint about Jason - she will take care of it! Lindsey has 15+ years as an office manager, as a result, her QuickBooks skills are unmatched. When she is not working on growing ROX, she loves spending time with her family and three dogs.

Shane Crockett
General Manager

Shane is an Army veteran and has been in the HVAC field for 30 years. His experience is vast and he is a top level installer. When he is not installing new HVAC Systems, he enjoys spending time at his mountain cabin.

Garrison Proctor
Service Manager

Garrison has been in the field for over 6 years and is NATE Certified in both Air Conditioning and Heating. He is a very smart and meticulous service technician. When he is not working he enjoys spending time with his daughter and playing Dungeons and Dragons.

John Scarpelli
Senior Service/Installer

John is from Long Island, New York. He has worked in the HVAC field ever since he was a teenager, working for his father's HVAC Company. When John isn't working he enjoys snowboarding, dirt biking, off-roading in his Jeep and spending time with his dog.
