Jason started working for his father's HVAC company when he was 14 years old. He has worked on all types and sizes of HVAC equipment throughout Colorado. He has grown ROX Heating & Air through hard work and great team members.

Owner and Jason's Boss

Lindsey is the one who helps Jason manage day to day operations. Lindsey has 15+ years as an office manager, as a result, her Quickbooks skills are unmatched. When she is not working on growing ROX, she loves spending time with her family and three dogs.

Garrison Proctor
Service Manager

Garrison has been in the field for over 6 years and is NATE Certified in both Air Conditioning and Heating. He is a very smart and meticulous service technician. When he is not working he enjoys spending time with his daughter and playing Dungeons and Dragons.

Shane Crockett
Master Installer

Shane is an Army veteran and has been in the HVAC field for 30 years. His experience is vast and he is a top level installer. When he is not installing new HVAC Systems, he enjoys spending time at his mountain cabin.

Ryan Caldwell
Comfort Advisor
Ryan has been in heating and air conditioning sales for 17 years. After being born and raised in Nebraska, he moved to Denver in 2018 and his loving it here! Ryan has 2 beautiful children Dylan and Emery that are in elementary school. Hobbies include running, hiking, and golf. "The golf game is still a work in progress!"

James is has been working in the HVAC industry for many years. He has experience as a service technician and installer. He is skilled and hard worker that enjoys working with customers. When he is not working, he enjoys spending time with his family.
Christopher Devita
HVAC Installer
Christopher is a retired concert lighting Designer and operator who throughout his life has helped in his family business of HVAC. Now, Finding a better sense of peace working in houses vs arenas, and being a touch fastidious, your install will be done with a smile, in a timely fashion and cleaned up better then when he found it.
John Scarpelli

John is from Long Island, New York. He has worked in the HVAC field ever since he was a teenager, working for his father's HVAC Company. When John isn't working he enjoys snowboarding, dirt biking, off-roading in his Jeep and spending time with his dog.
