Our daughter had to replace her air conditioning system last week. Rox had been maintaining her system for over a year. Rox stands by there service and made every effort to save the old system without overcharging or up selling. Her new system was installed within 48 hours. My system was 22 years old and was getting to the end of its service life. Garrison stopped by the day after I called and we discussed my needs and concerns. Having been given a fair price I agreed to replace my system. That afternoon the parts were put in mr garage my and at 9:00AM the crew came in and in 3 1/2 hours I was up and running. A couple of minor issues we discovered and resolved to my satisfaction.
